All Inclusive Outlet (AIO) decided to completely replace their existing back office functions, which included Sugar CRM and number of other bespoke application, with TProfile CRM. AIO operations are based around online bookings, a team of agents managing enquiries and bookings via phone and email, a service team that manages all payments and customer service and a management team. TProfile manages all aspects of every part of those departments including all customer communications, dynamic task management, quotes, bookings, all internal and customer documentation and reporting. We are delighted to be working with an exceptional team at AIO and contributing to their excellent customer service experience.
